Connect Disavow.ai to Claude

Scan your backlinks, find toxic links, and generate disavow files — all through natural conversation with Claude. Requires a Pro or Enterprise subscription.

How to Connect

Open Claude

Go to claude.ai, open Claude Desktop, or use Claude Code.

Go to Settings

Click your profile icon, then go to Settings and find Connectors.

Add Disavow.ai

Click "Add custom connector" and enter the URL below.

Log in

You will be asked to sign in to your Disavow.ai account. Use your existing email/password or Google login.

Start using it

Once connected, Disavow.ai tools appear automatically in your Claude conversations.

What You Can Do

Scan for toxic backlinks

"Scan example.com and tell me if I have any toxic backlinks"

Run a full backlink audit on any domain you have registered. Get a summary of toxic, suspicious, and clean links.

Review suspicious domains

"Show me the worst backlinks and explain why they were flagged"

See detailed risk classifications with plain-English explanations for every flagged domain.

Disavow toxic links

"Disavow all the spam domains you found"

Mark individual domains or entire categories for disavow. Undo any decision at any time.

Export your disavow file

"Generate my disavow file for Google Search Console"

Get a Google-compatible .txt file ready to upload to Search Console.

Check your plan and usage

"What plan am I on and how many scans do I have left?"

See your current tier, domain limits, and remaining daily scans.

View scan history

"Show me my previous scans"

See all past scans with timestamps and summary stats to track changes over time.

Authentication & Privacy

Secure OAuth Connection

Disavow.ai uses OAuth to connect to Claude. When you add the connector, you log in with your existing Disavow.ai account. Claude never sees your password. You can revoke access at any time from Settings in the Disavow.ai dashboard.

Your Data Stays Yours

Claude can only access your backlink data through the tools listed above. It cannot access other users' data, modify your account settings, or perform any actions beyond what the tools allow. See our privacy policy for full details.

Requirements

  • •A Disavow.ai Pro or Enterprise subscription. The Claude connector is not available on the free plan. Sign up and upgrade to get started.
  • •Claude (any plan — free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). Works on claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code.
  • •All 8 tools are available to Pro and Enterprise subscribers.

Troubleshooting

Authorization failed

Make sure you are logged in with a Pro or Enterprise account. Free tier accounts cannot use the Claude connector. If you recently upgraded, try removing the connector and adding it again.

Tools not appearing

After connecting, start a new conversation in Claude. The Disavow.ai tools should appear automatically when you ask about backlinks or scanning. Try asking "What Disavow.ai tools do you have?"

Scan limits

The same scan limits apply through Claude as through the dashboard. Pro accounts get 10 scans per day with a 30-minute cooldown. Enterprise accounts get 50 scans per day with no cooldown.
